has continued to give lectures in various places to help children learn about the importance of life.

Mr. Osaki says, "I come to this place every year to face the regrets and sufferings of my daughter who was suddenly deprived of her life, but I am sad because there are no end to drunk driving accidents such as the accident in Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture. I want the driver to drive with the consciousness that he holds the life of a person. "
