According to information unveiled by our colleagues at BFMTV, television host Jean-Marc Morandini, who works on CNews and Non Stop People, is referred to the criminal court in a corruption case involving two minors aged 15 and 16 in time of the facts.

The trial could be held.

Prosecuted for facts of "corruption of minors", the TV host of CNews and Non Stop People Jean-Marc Morandini, is referred to the criminal court, according to information unveiled by our colleagues from BFMTV.

In 2020, the host appealed against the referral order.

But his request has just been rejected, which implies that a trial could therefore be held.

Sexual proposals addressed to two minors

Jean-Marc Morandini could however appeal in cassation within three months, to avoid the trial.

A possibility that his lawyer seems to be considering.

Jean-Marc Morandini had been indicted for sexual propositions made to two minors, who were 15 and 16 years old at the time of the facts.

The host, now 56 years old, explained that he ignored the age of his interlocutors.

In another case, Jean-Marc Morandini was accused in 2016 of "sexual harassment" and "hidden work" by several young actors, as part of the castings of his web-series

Their complaint was dismissed in 2017, before resuming investigations in 2018.
