The decision comes after three years of proceedings, Kevin Spacey having appealed a first decision that was unfavorable to him.

The actor's career has been in free fall since he was targeted by several sexual assault charges, including by Anthony Rapp, who says he was sexually harassed by the star in the 1980s, when he was only 14 years old.
