Saba Mubarak escaped death after a real mine exploded on the set

Jordanian actress Saba Mubarak escaped death by a mine while filming the last scenes of the series “The Night of Fall,” co-starring Tariq Lotfi and Bassem Yakhour.

The company that produced the series revealed that a real landmine exploded on the filming site, and confirmed that all the workers in the series had escaped death and no injuries, and indicated that some photographic equipment was damaged as a result of the explosion, and it was replaced to finish filming the work in preparation for its presentation early next year.

Producer Qais Al-Radwani, President of Without Borders Company for Artistic Production, said that filming the series was completed without human losses, as a large number of stars of the Arab world participate in the work, including Tariq Lotfi, Saba Mubarak, Basem Yakhour, Ahmed Siam, Kinda Hanna and more than 130 Artists from Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Iraq.

According to an official statement, the last day of filming the series "Night of Fall" witnessed a mine explosion during filming in the old city in the right coast region of Mosul, Iraq, the place where the battle to liberate Mosul from ISIS at the hands of the Iraqi forces, and the explosion did not result in any casualties.
