Farewell to People's Artist of Russia Valery Garkalin will take place on November 23 at the educational theater of the Russian Institute of Theater Arts - GITIS. This was announced by the rector of the university, Grigory Zaslavsky.
“Farewell will be held on Tuesday, November 23, at the educational theater of GITIS,” TASS quotes his statement.
It is noted that the place of the people's artist's funeral is still unknown.
Earlier it became known that Garkalin died at the age of 68.
