Environmental education in schools, distribution of improved stoves, access to drinking water, awareness campaigns, advocacy with political decision-makers ... JVE members are mobilized on all environmental issues.

Created in 2001 in Togo on the initiative of Sena Alouka, the Young Volunteers for the Environment today brings together 1,500 volunteers in 26 African countries, Switzerland, Belgium and France.

Several of them came to COP26, where we met them to celebrate the 20 years of the movement.
