  China News Service, Macau, November 18 (Reporter Long Tuyou) The Macau Novel Coronavirus Infection Response Coordination Center announced on the 18th that it will launch the Macau Health Code APP (mobile phone application). The first phase will be in medical places and departments under the Health Bureau , 68th Grand Prix and Macau Food Festival trial.

  Liang Yihao, coordinator of the Infectious Disease Control and Disease Surveillance Department of the Health Bureau, introduced that the Macau Health Code APP is currently open for download. The application includes health declaration, travel records, and risk check functions.

The main purpose is to assist confirmed cases and contacts to accurately recall recent trips, to cooperate with the epidemiological investigations of the health authorities, to speed up the identification and management of risk groups, and to improve the efficiency of fighting the epidemic.

  Liang Yihao said that users need to download the Macau Health Code APP and use the program to scan the QR code of the place when entering the relevant place. The scanned record will be stored in the citizen's mobile phone program for 28 days, and the mobile phone background will be automatically deleted after 28 days.

The system can only upload their own itinerary records if the user voluntarily.

However, it is not ruled out that in the future, due to changes in the epidemic situation in Macau and the need for epidemic prevention, all people are required to make travel records when entering specific places.

  In addition, the Response Coordination Center announced that in response to changes in the epidemic situation in Yunnan Province, since midnight on November 19, all immigrants who have been to Nabang Town, Yingjiang County, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, must follow the Macau Health System. According to the requirements of the authorities, 14 days after receiving medical observation at a designated place and leaving the place, but the shortest period is no less than 7 days.

  As of November 18, Macau has had no new confirmed cases for 40 consecutive days.

A total of 77 confirmed cases have been confirmed, and all confirmed cases have been cured and discharged, and there are no deaths.
