In order to win this Guinness World Record, Zhang Shuang used 2 hours and 20 minutes to skip 18,288 times without interruption. In addition, he also performed 2021 continuous squats, 2021 push-ups, and 3 hours of plank support. .
Zhang Shuang, 28, is a physical education teacher at the No. 2 Primary School in Xiangru Town, Peng'an County, Nanchong, Sichuan, and a fitness expert on social media.

A few years ago, when he was still in school at China West Normal University, he challenged the handstand walking project.
In 2013, he was repeating the sprint college entrance examination at a middle school in Nanchong. He heard that occasionally practicing handstand can relieve stress, so he began to practice handstand.
In the process, he accidentally saw a challenger in the "Guinness China Night" program that was able to walk 100 meters with his bare hands. This gave him the idea of hitting the "Guinness World Records" for the first time.
