  According to Pan Xuhong, those entering Beijing who did not carry a nucleic acid certificate need not wait for the test results on the spot after completing nucleic acid sampling at the nucleic acid test point of the Beijing checkpoint, but they must fill in a letter of commitment, promising that there will be no restrictions on the travel history of the area in Beijing, and strictly Those who abide by Beijing’s epidemic prevention and control policies, provide false information or violate their promises, will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

The person being tested must also register his name, ID number, mobile phone number, and details of his work unit and place of residence in Beijing, and then enter Beijing after being checked by the checkpoint.

The nucleic acid sampling will be submitted for testing as soon as possible. Once a positive result is found, the disease control and other departments will take emergency measures as soon as possible based on the registration information to control the position.

  In accordance with the current control requirements, personnel entering (returning) to Beijing must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and a Beijing health treasure green code. The start time of the negative nucleic acid test certificate is subject to the "report date" in the test report.

Elderly people who do not use or cannot operate smartphones, children, people with visual disabilities, hearing disabilities, etc., can pass through with a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and no health treasures will be checked; for infants and children under 3 years old, only check Certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours of accompanying personnel.

  Regarding the identification of commuters in the Beijing area, Pan Xuhong responded that in the early stage, the Beijing police built a commuter database based on the inspection records of people entering (returning) to Beijing at checkpoints, and integrating information such as the time and frequency of entering (returning) to Beijing.

Other groups who are not in the database and have commuting needs can provide the checkpoint staff with a certificate of residence in the Beijing area, a certificate of work in Beijing, and a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours when entering Beijing. The certificate of residence can be household registration information, house lease contract or One of the certificates of the neighborhood (village) committee, the work certificate must be issued by the work unit in Beijing.

After the above-mentioned certification materials are registered, the police will complete the identification work as soon as possible and include them in the database for management by commuters.

  Residents living outside the checkpoint in the city area do not need to provide a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours when passing through the checkpoint. They can pass after checking their ID card.
