While authorities are still investigating what happened at the Astroworld festival, Tony Buzbee, a lawyer representing 125 plaintiffs, has filed his case in court.

He is claiming $ 750 million from Travis Scott and Drake, who were on stage when the mob movement killed ten people and left hundreds injured.

The two rappers are not the only ones named in the complaint.

Apple Music, Live Nation, Epic Records, Scott's Cactus Jack Records, and Tristar Sports & Entertainment Group are also among the accused.

These are the partners, organizers and record companies linked to the festival and to the artists.

For better and for worse

For the lawyer, everyone has a responsibility in this drama, as he detailed in a press release relayed by

. Not only did Travis Scott "glorify violence" on stage and his social media, but Drake, who was the special guest, couldn't ignore it and took advantage of it. As for the aforementioned companies, they "earn money thanks to Astroworld", and are therefore also "equally responsible in court" in the drama that struck the event.

Among the people the lawyer represents is the family of Axel Acosta.

The 21-year-old died of a heart attack after being trampled by crowds.

“When Axel lost consciousness, he was trampled by those who fought not to be crushed like him.

While he was on the ground under a dying human tide, the music continued to play, and to be streamed, for at least 40 minutes, ”adds Tony Buzbee.
