The mass panic during the Astroworld music festival, in which ten people were fatally injured and several hundred people were treated for broken bones or other injuries, threatens to become dearly for Travis Scott and Drake. On Tuesday, the Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed a lawsuit against the rappers, the organizer Live Nation and other parties involved on behalf of the relatives of the late Axel Acosta and about 125 injured. According to the complaint, the lawyer is demanding $ 750 million in compensation for pain and suffering for gross negligence. Scott is said to have glorified violence during his appearance on November 5, thereby provoking "dangerous behavior" from around 50,000 visitors.

The 21-year-old Acosta was kicked to death when the audience tried to get to Travis Scott ("Escape Plan") and his surprise guest Drake ("Fake Love") in front of the stage.

Although panic broke out within a few minutes, Scott is said to have continued to play for half an hour.

The rapper later said he didn't find out about the dead and injured until after the Houston gig.

In the past few years, Scott had been convicted of endangering public safety after inciting fans to violence and jostling at concerts.
