At the outer shrine approach of Ise Jingu in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, an attempt was made on the 15th to install a small speaker on the pillar of Andon and play music in the image of Ise.

This attempt was planned by a musician who participated in the city's wormcation project, in which artists and others were invited to stay in Ise City for creative activities.

On the 15th, small speakers were installed on 38 Andon pillars on the approach to the outer shrine of Ise Jingu, and the song "Song for Ise City" produced by musicians during their stay in Ise City was played.

The songs also use sounds recorded in Ise City, such as the sound of sweeping the gravel of a shrine and the sound of waves.

In addition, one of the Andon has a score and a QR code printed on it, and you can download the music that is playing to your mobile phone and listen to it.

A man in the neighborhood who visited the approach said, "I thought it was a different, refreshing and fresh feeling."

Ryota Mikami of "The Vegetables" who produced this song said, "I expressed the unique point of Ise city with music. I hope you can feel a little extraordinary."
