After years of delay, the opening of the Ikea store in Nice is now near.

Scheduled for next spring.

And the brand is preparing for it.

She announced on Monday "to open a new recruitment phase in the search for around 400 full-time or part-time employees in various fields".

These hires will be done gradually and "we will favor local recruitment", assures Patrick Cazorla, director of the future store.

The positions open as of this Monday, in CDI and full-time, “concern sales [more than 70 positions], logistics [more than 50 positions], customer relations [more than 25 positions] and catering [more than 25 positions] ”, specifies the Swedish brand.

They will be added to the “fifty or so” supervisory, logistics and interior design staff already recruited to date.

Surrounded by housing, offices and shops, in direct proximity to the Allianz Riviera stadium and connecting to line 3 of the tram, the future Ikea will extend over 24,000 m² covered with 7,000 m² of green solar panels, describes the brand.
