Faten Moussa's lawyer reveals new details in the case of her divorce from Mustafa Fahmy
The office of the lawyer for the Lebanese media, Faten Moussa, the ex-wife of the Egyptian artist, Mustafa Fahmy, issued a statement explaining the details of the crisis between his client and Mustafa Fahmy.
And the statement, part of which was published by Faten, on her official account on the “Instagram” website: “The artist’s lawyer, Mustafa Fahmy, offered to take the back of her dowry only in exchange for giving up the record, and this was rejected, because that divorce is the height of treachery in the marital years in which the artist Mustafa Fahmy decided In the face of her sincerity and love for him, the fact that the artist Mustafa Fahmy is her first marriage and that she has the right to motherhood and safety with her husband according to his promises to her, and if she requested those promises, it was that arrangement that did not live up to the level of artist Mustafa Fahmy and his origins that shocked her.
And the statement continued: “Is it possible, according to Mustafa Fahmy’s lawyer, that his father, who died twenty years ago or more, hosts him in his apartment, which is the marital apartment since 2017,?”

And he continued: "The media, Faten Moussa, retains all her rights to insults, slander and false reporting by her ex-husband, Mustafa Fahmy, and adheres to all her legal, legal and criminal rights before this artist."

He added, "Finally, on Sunday, I confirm this with documents after extracting a copy of the divorce document."
Faten Moussa said, in a post on "Instagram", that she went to the marital home, which was collected by her divorced artist, Mustafa Fahmy, and did not find any of her personal belongings.
She wrote: “To my brothers, friends, the public, public opinion and the media, about 11 days after my return to Cairo and announcing that I was here, and this reached Mustafa Fahmy through some friends. And as our Islamic religion commanded us to demobilize in a fair manner, not through social media.”
And she continued, "For the past period, I was deeply shocked by what he committed against me by announcing my divorce through the social media, and I did not see, receive, know or understand."
She added, "In this, my honest friends advised me to return to the marital home, especially since I have no other home to resort to in Egypt. This is the marital home and my only address throughout the past years, and also to investigate Mustafa's position on the issue on the ground after he evaded confrontation and it is obvious that a prominent person bears Likewise, he is responsible for his actions.”
And she continued, "I arrived at the apartment, and the great disaster was that I entered and did not find anything of all my personal belongings at all, even if it was a shoe. What do you think of Mustafa Fahmy, the husband, the person, and the artist star Ibn Al-Bashawat."
Faten Moussa had announced, through her social networking pages, that the artist, Mustafa Fahmy, divorced her in absentia while she was in Lebanon, and she only learned about it through social media.
