  • This is a photo montage derived from a video broadcast in the summer of 2021, devoted to the vaccination center set up by the National American Football League. 

“Don't forget to donate your children's organs… I don't know where this photo comes from but it's terrifying”, “if it's a montage, it's not funny”…

On Twitter, a banner written in English is taken at face value by some Internet users, while others seriously question its veracity.

We can read the indication: "Covid-19 vaccines can be carried out here, no appointment necessary", followed by a box on a white background stating: "Do not forget to donate the organs of your children".

A recommendation deemed sufficiently delusional by some Internet users for it to be pointed, on one of the versions of the photo circulating online, by an arrow with a "WHAT?"

("WHAT?") Incredulously.

FAKE OFF

If this addition prevents distinguishing, on the bottom of the banner, the name of the establishment offering this service, the latter remains clearly visible on the original version of the photograph.

We thus discover that it is the Mass General Brigham, a network of hospitals and health professionals based in Boston (United States).

A reverse search can be traced back to several screenshots of a July 2021 National Football League video of the home team of the New England Patriots.

From 1'55, we see the famous banner with the inscription "Covid-19 vaccines achievable here, no need for an appointment".

The famous box on a white background includes the Spanish translation of this information, so it does not mention organ donation.

“Here is a vaccination truck […].

Since February, nearly 5 million doses have been administered in the 24 spaces of the NFL [the National Football League].

This initiative continues this season with six teams, including the Patriots, ”explains the commentator of this streak.

If the origin of the montage evoking organ donation remains difficult to establish, we find a version in a publication of November 7 on the English-speaking forum 4Chan.
