The notice issued a public warning to 12 people stranded in northern Myanmar, ordering them to contact the police station at their place of registration before November 30 this year, and return to the country to voluntarily report the case to the public security organs, otherwise they will freeze their accounts and refuse to return to the country within the specified time.
