The Ministry of Culture and Tourism today (10th) issued the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures for the Resumption of Social and Artistic Level Examination Activities (Revised in November 2021)", requesting cultural and tourism administrative departments in various regions to deploy in accordance with local party committees and governments. In accordance with the requirements of the local epidemic prevention and control command department, we must pay close attention to the epidemic prevention and control of the social and artistic level examination on-site examination activities.

Areas with medium and high risks of the epidemic should immediately suspend on-site grade examination activities; areas with greater uncertainties in the epidemic risk and areas with greater pressure from overseas imports should strictly control on-site grade examination activities in accordance with the principle of strictness and tightness.

The "Guide" released today requires that the social and artistic level examination activities must adhere to the appointment and current limit.

Institutions that carry out on-site grade examination activities shall strictly implement personnel current limiting measures, and arrange the time for registration and examinations at staggered peaks to reduce the gathering and waiting of personnel.

The examination institution shall carry out on-site examination registration, examination room arrangement, certificate issuance, etc. in a non-face-to-face manner.

The “Guide” also requires that the minimum per capita area of each professional examinee’s examination room shall be implemented in accordance with the "Social Art Level Test Center, Examination Room Setting and Environmental Requirements" (GB/T 36725-2018). The maximum number of people in each examination room for basic knowledge and fine arts is 50 people, and the maximum number of people for each examination room for dance majors is 10 people.

Candidates have an area of at least 2 square meters per capita in the waiting area and keep a safe distance.

Strictly control the number of parents waiting in the rest area. After candidates enter the examination room, parents are encouraged to do outdoor activities and wait at the specified exits according to the schedule.
