According to the news, some people have recently reported that some gas stations in Chifeng City have illegal activities such as lack of catastrophe, substandard goods, tax evasion and tax evasion.
To this end, the Chifeng City Market Supervision Administration united 24 people from the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Taxation Bureau and other departments to form an inspection team to conduct a 20-day special law enforcement inspection on the refined oil market in 12 counties, counties, and districts in the city.

"Stealing beams and changing columns" control the tanker through the computer
During an on-site inspection at a gas station in Yuanbaoshan District, the inspection team discovered that a certain "monitoring system" was installed in a hidden part of the business hall, and the system had a function to change the amount of refueling of the tanker.
Subsequently, law enforcement officers took control of the gas station.
After the metering and testing personnel carried out flow verification on the four gas dispensers at the station, it was found that the fuel deduction amount of this gas station was as high as 12%.

In the office of a gas station in Keshiketeng Banner, law enforcement officers seized a set of remote control devices used for metering cheating on the spot.
Its cheating remote control device includes a transmitting device and a receiving device.
The gas station installs the receiving device in the tanker, and transmits signals through the transmitter (wireless remote control) to control the fuel metering.

"Cross the sea" power-off reset is tricky

When measuring and inspecting the flow rate of the tanker, it was found that the indication error of the tanker did not meet the specified standards.
During the verification process, after the tanker was suddenly "automatically" powered off and reset, the display data of the tanker returned to normal again!
After another measurement with a measuring instrument, there was no problem.
According to measurement professionals, this is a high-tech cheating method.
Each fuel dispenser is controlled by a motherboard. If you change the program on the motherboard, you can change the fuel metering.
When the user wants to cheat, he can automatically start the cheating control program by remotely pressing a button on the computer keyboard to implement the fuel dispenser metering cheating.
Once the law enforcement officers come to check, immediately power off and reset and return to normal.
When the machine is powered off and restarted, sampling again, the oil output of the machine is normal.
During the inspection, law enforcement officers also discovered that some private gas stations cheated in various ways in fuel metering, and the amount of deducted fuel varies.
A simple calculation by law enforcement officers: 0# diesel fuel is 7.09 yuan per liter, and the value of the deducted diesel fuel will exceed 85 yuan based on the deduction of 12 liters per hectoliter.
According to the business volume introduced by the gas station staff, such gas stations will charge consumers more than 1,000 yuan for fueling through cheating every day.
At present, clue investigation and technical appraisal of related cases are underway.
