Caitlyn Jenner is not in conflict with her ex-wife, Kris Jenner.

But she recognizes that the situation could be warmer.

The former Olympic champion, a candidate for the Australian edition of

Big Brother VIP

, recently confided in her relationship to the mother of her daughters Kendall and Kylie.

And obviously, it leaves a lot to be desired.

“From my perspective, our relationship is not as good as it should be.

I don't hold a grudge against her.

We did a good job, everything is ok on that side.

But yes, I would like us to be closer, but this is not the case, ”she said, according to an excerpt relayed by the

Daily Mail

.

Torque tensions

Married in 1991, Caitlyn (then called Bruce) and Kris Jenner separated in 2013. Two years later, the former athlete officially came out transgender.

And while, as she revealed in an interview with Rob Lowe, her transition was not the primary reason for their breakup, she always acknowledged that her behavior, during her pre-transition journey, obviously caused tensions in their relationship.

“Our relationship is correct.

But it's not… Well I think it could be better if only for the kids.

This is always the case when you have this kind of situation.

It all depends on how the mother and father get along.

Is it easy, does it go well when they see each other?

Are there any tensions?

She explained.
