Menna Fadali calls for help from “bullying” in a Facebook broadcast (video)

The artist, Menna Fadali, revealed that she had been swindled by Iraqi director Safaa Al-Din Aidi, who was cooperating with him in a new film, which was supposed to be shown on a digital platform, but filming it stopped indefinitely.

The newspaper "Al-Watan" quoted Menna Fadali, as saying in the live broadcast, through her account on "Facebook", that director Safaa El-Din Aidi contacted her some time ago to play a role in a new movie with a number of stars, including the artist Magdy Kamel.

Menna Fadali added: “I was surprised that every little bit of people came to the director, asking for their rights and wanting their money, and an artistic producer named Hatem Farouk was issued to them, and this was answered after they expelled the first artistic producer called Wissam, because she has more than half a million pounds and she has not obtained them yet. “Anyone who demands their money is insulted and bullied, but filming stopped for more than a month.

Menna Fadali indicated that the director and producer visited her at her home to persuade her to return to complete filming despite the problems that occurred, stressing that they promised her that all the problems had been resolved, especially after she apologized for a Lebanese series because of the film.

And Menna Fadali continued, saying, "I went back to filming, and I still met people demanding her money, until the director Jab Baltaji with a large group, and anyone who asked for his money would beat him and lock him in an abode, and the artistic producer Wissam toured her with many threatening messages after she demanded her money."

Director Safaa El-Din Aidi expressed his astonishment at the accusations leveled by the artist, Menna Fadali, as he wrote through his personal account on the social networking site: "There is no bullying.

Where are we, artist? .. We are in a country with a government,” he continued, adding: “I was hoping to verify the information before you write it.

The Iraqi director confirmed that he did not receive his financial dues, indicating that he is in solidarity with the artists to complete their movie, and demanded not to rush because there is a union and a state, pointing out: "The union is following up on the issue, I think."
