China News Service, November 9th. According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue blizzard warning at 6 o'clock on November 9th.

  It is expected that there will be heavy snow and local blizzards (10-13 mm) in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, central and northern Liaoning, southern Jilin, and western Heilongjiang from 8 am on November 9th to 8 pm on 10th.

In some of the above-mentioned areas, the depth of new snow cover is 3-8 cm, and the local area can reach more than 10 cm.

  1. The government and relevant departments shall do the emergency work for snow disaster prevention and freezing damage prevention according to their responsibilities;

  2. Departments of transportation, railways, electric power, communications, etc. should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways, and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;
