We see two job offers: one offering 1,908 euros per month to a "security guard", and the other 1,606 monthly to a "state-certified nurse".

These two job offers are authentic: they were published by the Cornouaille Hospital Center on October 25 (for the nursing station) and November 8 (for the security guard) respectively on the recruitment site of the Hospital Federation. de France, where they were still available when this article was published.

The announcement of the nursing station specifies that the remuneration indicated refers to "basic salary without pay variable such as Sunday for example" while the job description of the security officer relates more specifically to a "fire safety officer SSIAP Level 1 or 2 [Fire safety and personal assistance service] ”.

, this salary gap is in fact an administrative error: “The nurse remuneration entered on the recruitment site was indicated by indicating the net, whereas it would have had to be raw.

If it had been expressed in gross, like the other ad, it would be above that of the fire safety officer.

An average gross salary of 2,197 euros for nurses at this hospital center

In addition, the Cornouaille Hospital Center specifies that "the average salary of a State-certified nurse at the Hospital Center is to date 2,917 euros gross with this same calculation of the variable element of pay". A remuneration to which "can be added the service premium, still in force for 2021, calculated according to the presenteeism of the agent and that of the other tenured agents", which would amount to 2,566 euros per year in the event of collective non-absence. "So that the average gross salary of the [Hospital Center], with this monthly premium, is 3,130 euros".

As for the salary proposed for the fire safety officer, it is in the regulatory order of magnitude recalled by the Institute for prevention, learning and safety in Avignon on its site, i.e. between 1,606 euros gross for a Ssiap 1 and 1825 , 66 euros gross for a Ssiap 2.
