A word about leadership.

These talked about leaders are among the one billion (1.3M) people with a median age of 19.

The problem is that most of these young people live in developing countries, where there are many barriers, such as difficulty in accessing education, poverty or unemployment.

A large part of them therefore do not have the opportunity to participate fully in society as they should.
