The Minor Sea, the largest saltwater lagoon in the Mediterranean Basin with an area of 135 km2, located in the region of Murcia, in the south-east of Spain, is in danger.

Last summer (2021), tons of dead fish washed up on the beaches causing the amazement of locals and vacationers.
