On November 3, in the wig production incubator base in Zhangbei County, Hebei Province, the instructors of picking, hanging, winding, pulling... through hands-on teaching, ensure that every female worker can master the skills of wig snagging.
The Rural Revitalization Bureau of Zhangbei County regards the wig snagging industry as a key project of industrial revitalization, and encourages people in need to participate in the wig snagging handicraft industry.
The wig production incubation base adopts the methods of "company + association + cooperative + farmer" to form a wig squeegee manual industry chain integrating training, production, research and development, and sales.
