Bladder cancer .. causes and symptoms of the disease

The German Cancer Research Center said that bladder cancer is a malignant tumor that arises from the mucous membrane of the bladder (urinary membrane).

Bladder cancer causes  

The German Center explained that bladder cancer has several causes, including:

  •  smoking

  • Radiation therapy for other cancers

  • Misuse of painkillers

  • Exposure to chemicals in the workplace

    • Bladder cancer symptoms

    Symptoms of bladder cancer are:

  •  Presence of blood in the urine

  • Having to urinate more than usual

  •  Feeling of pain and burning during urination

  •  Anorexia

  • Weight loss

  • Pain in the pelvic area

    • Treatment of bladder cancer depends mainly on the pathological stage.

    It is important to determine the size of the tumor, the location of the bladder tumor, how far it has spread, and how quickly the bladder cancer is growing.

    Treatment varies between laparoscopic surgery for superficial tumor removal, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

    In severe cases, the bladder is removed and another implant replaced.
