On November 2, the Hong Kong Police Force held the highest honor funeral for the Marine Police Chief Inspector (posthumously) Lin Wanyi who died earlier in the service at the Hung Hom World Funeral Home. The National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Vice Chairman Leung Chun-ying, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam and several officials attended the ceremony. Citizens watched the hearse leave outside the funeral home and paid a final tribute to Lin Wanyi.
