In order to ensure that candidates can successfully take the exam at Ledu District during the epidemic prevention and control period, Ledu District coordinates education, public security, health, transportation, market supervision and other relevant departments, and set up a working leading group with comprehensive coordination and accommodation arrangements. 7 working groups, including epidemic prevention and control, and medical security, are doing their best to ensure exam-related services.
It is reported that the local government formulated the "Emergency Plan for Epidemic Prevention and Control During the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Written Examination) in Ledu District, Haidong City," to improve the emergency response mechanism, improve the ability and level of rapid response to various emergencies, and ensure the smooth progress of the examination.

On October 29, Ledu District organized a training meeting for the second half of 2021 for the qualification examination (written test) for primary and secondary school teachers. More than 400 examination staff were fully and systematically trained, and a letter of responsibility was signed on the spot to ensure the examination. The staff are familiar with the requirements and operating procedures for epidemic prevention, preparations for epidemic prevention materials at each test site are in place, and emergency response measures for epidemic prevention are in place.

During the test period, all candidates will be managed in a fully closed manner. Two types of cards, blue and red, will be issued according to the time when the candidates take the test. Fill in the name, contact number, and place of origin and destination on the card. The candidate can enter and exit the test center with the card. The red card is used by candidates who take the full-day exam and those from Xining City, and the blue card is used by candidates who take the half-day exam. The candidate channel is set according to the color of the card to save time for candidates to pass the test and enter the examination room faster.

It is reported that candidates who take the full-day test can leave the test center after the full-day test is over. Each test center provides free halal lunch and rest places for test takers. Candidates can eat with their card and wait for the afternoon test in campus activities after the meal.
After the exam, candidates should keep a safe distance according to the instructions of the test staff, and leave the venue in an orderly manner according to the designated channel of the card color.
