When you are a footballer, it is absolutely impossible to be a goalkeeper, a defender, a midfielder or a striker all at the same time.

A cyclist can be an adventurer, sprinter, roller, puncher, climber, or descender.

But difficult to be all that at the same time.

However,

Fred Poulet

, who loves the little Queen and the football, has managed - him - to be at the same time author, composer, singer, director and writer.

He was known, for example, for his vitamin, quirky and poetic songs for his film “Substitute” on Vikash Dhorassoo;

or for his crazy homage "Walking Indurain".

Here he is today a novelist, with the first work in a collection called “The night before”, launched by the “En exergue” editions.

It is about a cyclist nicknamed "The Pirate", a certain Marco Pantani.

The book is called "21 turns".
