Mamamoo member Solar has revealed the process of meeting with a lawyer and receiving counseling for accusing him of malicious comments.

On the 21st, Solar posted on her YouTube channel, 'Are you watching malicious commenters?

I uploaded a video titled 'Going to a lawyer with malicious comments'.

In the video, Solar said, "I came here because I wanted to warn and wonder about malicious commenters."

Solar first asked Attorney Lee Ji-hoon about the possible punishment for malicious comments, and this lawyer said, "The maximum fine is 30 million won or less, and the prison sentence is 3 years or less. “How do you know me?” I write comments.”

Then, Solar collected the malicious comments she had received and handed it to the lawyer, and began to read the malicious comments one by one, divided into mild, medium, and spicy. In the comments released by Solar, starting with 'Where do you use your abs if you have them' and 'I hate to hear your voice so much', there were also contents that demeaned the profession of a singer as a tantara.

To Solar's question whether such comments can also be sued, lawyer Lee Ji-hoon replied, "If a specific person repeatedly posts abusive posts, you can sue. YouTube is anonymous, but you leave comments, so you're making comments at your own risk." . He added that this is a malicious comment because it is a derogatory expression for a comment that uses the expression 'tantara'.

Also, there were a lot of malicious comments degrading Solar's appearance, such as 'Stop plastic surgery' and 'Solar XX ugly', and Solar said, "I got a lot of comments like this, so I became dull... Can I still sue?" confessed.

Then, the lawyer explained the standards for accusing malicious comments that are divided into defamation and insult, saying, "Because I used the adjective 'XX', it is possible to establish an insult."

Lawyer Lee Ji-hoon looked at other malicious comments and emphasized, "I can make a mistake because words are spit out momentarily, but comments go through a process of thinking because they are written in writing. So, comments cannot be mistakes."

Lawyer Lee continued, "There are people around you who always criticize you for doing something, so don't worry about it and don't lose your color."

Lastly, Attorney Lee Ji-hoon emphasized, "A fine punishment is also a criminal offense. It's a very big problem that comes up when you check it out." And Solar also said to malicious commenters, "I hope you don't do that, and I want you to live in the world for yourself. Waste of time." I hope you don't," he said.
