From October 24th to November 7th, in the Yibin section of Sichuan Province, the National Nature Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fish in the Upper Yangtze River, about 300,000 fish, totaling 6 species of rare and endemic fish in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, will be released for 3 consecutive weeks. Returned to the Yangtze River, of which 50,000 Yangtze River sturgeons over 30 cm were released, which was the largest release of large-sized Yangtze River sturgeons in China.

  On the morning of the 24th, the first batch of 100,000 fish fry was released in the Yangtze River. The species released this time include the national first-class protected animal Yangtze sturgeon, second-class protected animal octopus, long loach, rock carp, round mouth copper fish, and rare and endemic upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Fish thick jaw bream.

It is of positive significance for effectively supplementing fish wild population resources, protecting species diversity, restoring the ecology of the Yangtze River, and promoting joint efforts to protect the Yangtze River.
