11 Chefs Showcase Their Skills at "Sharjah Book"
The 40th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair, which takes place from 3-13 November at the Expo Center Sharjah, will host 11 famous chefs, presenters and cookbook authors from 10 countries from around the world.
The guest chefs will present 30 live cooking activities within the cooking corner program, which aims to introduce diverse cultural experiences and contribute to the promotion of civilizational dialogue by displaying a range of traditional international dishes that are part of the history and national heritage of peoples.
The list of participating chefs this year includes culinary expert Lina Saad from Lebanon, the three-time winner of the "Gourmand International Award for Cookbook", and Chef Roya Saleh from Bahrain, who is the owner of "Villa Mamas", the first restaurant to serve Bahraini and Gulf cuisine to the world.
