In the "Osaka model", Osaka Prefecture independently indicates the level of alertness based on the number of infected people and the usage rate of beds, and from the 1st of this month, red indicating "emergency situation" to yellow indicating "alert". It was lowered to the level of green on the 20th of this month.

For this reason, Osaka Prefecture switched the Osaka model from "yellow" to "green" on the 25th, when the request for shortening business hours for restaurants was lifted.



In response to this, Tsutenkaku in Naniwa-ku, Osaka began to light up green after 6 pm.

In addition, the Tower of the Sun at Expo '70 Commemorative Park in Suita City began to light up green from sunset.



It is the first time in about one year and three months since July 11th last year that the Osaka model turns green.



The green lights will be lit up from the 25th to the 31st of this month, every night until 11:00.
