US actor Harrison Ford (“Star Wars”, “Blade Runner”) was lucky: On the Italian island of Sicily, a German found the 79-year-old's lost credit card and handed it over to the police.
The Hollywood star is currently filming on the popular holiday island, the Italian police announced on Facebook on Saturday.
According to TV station Rai, it is work for the new Indiana Jones film.
The find by the German tourist from Stuttgart, which the police confirmed on Saturday when asked, happened on Thursday afternoon, according to the Ansa news agency.
The officials in the seaside resort of Mondello, a suburb of the Sicilian capital Palermo, said they were quick to locate Ford and gave him the card back.
He was surprised and relieved.
