Since the 2000s, NGOs have accused Breton fishermen of overfishing and the slaughter of dolphins.
The spotlight does not seem to be pointed in the right direction.
The threats weighing on the oceans are multiple in nature and are constantly growing: climate change, plastics invasion, land pollution, etc.

To which is added the growing appetite of multinationals which covet its wealth.
For seafood alone, behemoths dominate a global sector weighing more than $ 400 billion a year.
These companies are largely responsible for the destruction of artisanal fisheries, the collapse of global fish stocks and the plastic pollution crisis hitting the oceans.
