The family of (Abu Mahra - 54 years old) is facing difficult financial circumstances, which caused the father’s inability to pay the rent arrears for the apartment in which they live, which amount to 30,000 dirhams, for the past and current two years. Without any breadwinner or shelter, after filing a lawsuit against him asking him to pay the full amount. (Abu Mahra) appeals to good people and people of merciful hearts to help him arrange the amount required to pay it, so that his family is not expelled from the house and he enters prison. In his right eye, his eyesight was poor, and he was suspended from work as a driver six months ago, and he became unemployed, and he was unable to get any other work during this period, to be able to support his family, and pay the rent arrears accumulated on him, and he is the only breadwinner for his family.

Abu Mahra told "Emirates Today": "My sick conditions prevented me from paying the arrears, whether the rent or the debts accumulated on me, and I became threatened with imprisonment, in the event of not paying the rent arrears, and I tried to resort to several charitable organizations to help me manage the required amount, But in vain, and currently I do not know how to get out of this predicament, and I cannot see clearly with my right eye, and I lost my profession in which I was working, and I could not find any alternative work that would help me pay.” He added: “I am the only breadwinner for my family, and I am unemployed.” I stop working because I suffer from chronic diseases, and rely on the help of family and friends, and I get a small amount that enables me to meet the daily necessities of my family.”

• Abu Mahra suffers from diabetes and has cataracts in his right eye.
