On October 21st, the high-speed entrance and exit of Pingan District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province carried out traffic control on vehicles.

Starting at 08:00 on October 21, 2021, traffic control will be implemented at the highway entrances and exits in Pingan District and Hehuang New District of Haidong City. Some roads and intersections will be closed, and only official vehicles, ambulances, and police cars will be allowed to enter and exit.
