One of the world's most famous paintings can now be seen at the newly opened Munch Museum in Oslo: The Scream by Edvard Munch. References to the work can be found in everything from pop art to horror films - in the video you can see how Scream became a global symbol of anxiety.
Edvard Munch painted The Scream in four versions: three paintings and a lithograph, between the years 1893 and 1910. The old work is very much alive in popular culture today.
