Regarding the national health insurance that self-employed people take out, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has proposed to raise the upper limit of annual insurance premiums for high-income earners by 30,000 yen from next year to 850,000 yen in order to improve insurance finances. Showed to the Security Council and approved.

Regarding the national health insurance that self-employed people and non-regular workers take out, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare is reviewing the insurance premium every year in order to improve the insurance finance that is deteriorating due to aging, and it was held on the 22nd. I presented the revision plan from next year to the Medical Insurance Subcommittee of the Social Security Council.

According to this, the maximum annual insurance premium will be raised by 30,000 yen from the current 820,000 yen to 850,000 yen.

This is the first time in two years that the increase will be made, and the maximum amount to be paid is for single-person households with an annual income of approximately 11.4 million yen or more.

On the other hand, the premium for long-term care insurance paid by people aged 40 to 64 together with the National Health Insurance will remain unchanged at 170,000 yen.

For this reason, the annual maximum amount of insurance premiums including national health insurance and long-term care insurance is 1.02 million yen, and the number of people who pay the maximum amount is 1.58% of all subscribers.

In addition, under the "Medical System for the Elderly Elderly", which is enrolled by people aged 75 and over, there is a plan to raise the maximum annual insurance premium by 20,000 yen from next year to 660,000 yen for high-income people. I did.

The target is people with pension income of 9.06 million yen or more, which is 1.29% of all members.

Both the National Health Insurance and the "Medical System for the Elderly Elderly" have been approved as proposed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
