“May God protect you” .. the story of a phrase written on all Saudi civil and military aircraft

The King Abdulaziz House revealed the story of the phrase “God protect you” written on all civil and military aircraft in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al-Dara said in an illustration through its account on the social networking site “Twitter”, that the story dates back to the year 1419 AH while receiving the last batch of F15S aircraft at King Abdulaziz Air Base in the Eastern Sector, according to the Saudi newspaper Al-Marsad.

Those planes were received by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz when he was the crown prince, so he asked for a pen and wrote that phrase on one of the planes, and when he took power in Saudi Arabia, the phrase “God protects you” was adopted on all civil and military planes.
