Forensic analyst admits lying: “I was seeking fame”

Muhammad Al-Mallah, who caused a stir in Egypt after declaring that he was a "legal analyst" and had married 33 times, admitted that he was lying and seeking fame.

Al-Mallah told the Egyptian newspaper, Al-Watan, that he deeply regretted what he had done, adding: “I regret great regret, because of the uproar that occurred and because of what happened to me, I am saved by walking in the street and I do not want anyone to see me.”

He continued, "I am just an advertisement model in people who promised me that I would take 150 thousand pounds in exchange for saying the words I said, and that I will be a brilliant star.
