The Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft, which lifted off in the early morning of October 16, sent three astronauts into space, and they will "travel" in space for six months.

What have they eaten in the past six months?

On the same day, Zang Peng, director of the Aerospace Nutrition and Food Engineering Research Office of the China Astronaut Research and Training Center, said in an interview with a reporter from China News Agency that there are 127 types of aerospace food, including staple food, non-staple food, beverages, condiments and functional beverages.

Among them, non-staple food includes meat, poultry and vegetables, which are rich in nutrients.

The taste can also be adjusted by condiments.
