On October 17, Yangshao Village National Archaeological Site Park in Mianchi County, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province officially opened.
According to reports, the Yangshao Village site is the place where the Yangshao culture was discovered and named, and the birthplace of modern Chinese archeology. The site park connects the Yangshao Cultural Museum, excavation memorial sites, cultural strata cross-sections, archaeological exhibition areas and other landscapes.
