Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 16th that it was confirmed that 21 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of infected people in the prefecture per day has fallen below 50 for 20 consecutive days.
The breakdown is 5 people each in Fukuoka City and Kitakyushu City.
A total of 74,292 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
