You might be wondering what kind of scarf it is in October, but the cold has been unusual since yesterday, and today a cold wave has arrived as if the seasons have been skipped into winter.



The current temperature in Seoul is 2.1 degrees Celsius, which is 10 degrees lower than the same time yesterday.



With the added wind, the actual cold feeling on the street has dropped to minus 2.5 degrees Celsius in Seoul and 2.8 degrees Celsius in Paju, and in some places, it is very cold below 5 degrees Celsius.



A cold wave warning has been issued for most of the country, especially in some areas in southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and northern Jeollabuk-do, where the temperature is 15 degrees or more lower than yesterday.



Here in the west coast and Jeju area, strong winds with a maximum instantaneous wind speed of 70 km/h sometimes blow, so you need to take good care of the facilities.



The temperature will rise for a while as it rains between Monday and Tuesday, but a second cold wave will come again on Wednesday.
