They are undocumented, former soldiers, young adults… all of them are welcomed into the Emmaüs community of Cédric Herrou, in Breil-sur-Roya.

The farmer created it to be able to welcome and provide work for people in distress.

Benjamin is nineteen and has joined this community: “We are far from the cities, far from bad company, we have work every day.

We have a small private corner, small rooms, and the companions are very nice and pleasant.

So I said to myself, I might as well mix the useful with the pleasant.
