On the occasion of the 41st "World Grain Day", Gansu Lanzhou Grain and Material Reserve Bureau and other departments launched a food security promotion week in Lanzhou, Gansu.

At the event site, a set of miniature models recording farming culture attracted the attention of the past public.

It is understood that this group of miniature sculptures was produced by Yang Tao, the curator of Gaolan County Cultural Center in Lanzhou City, which lasted a month. The miniature sculptures "restored" the production process and scene of the local intangible cultural heritage "Monk Head" wheat.

In order to be as realistic as possible, the wheat and sand in each model scene are collected in the field, and then trimmed according to the size of the model.

The author hopes to preserve the local farming culture in this way, so that everyone can understand the hard-won of one porridge and one meal.
