How did the ancient people "dry rice"?

Recently, a reporter from China News Service followed the “China on the River Mother's River” web-themed event interview group into the Xiadu Ruins Museum in Erlitou, and the guide Sun Chenjiao introduced the ancient people's dining process one by one.

The Erlitou site is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is a capital site of the middle and late Xia Dynasty recognized by the National Xia, Shang and Zhou Dating Project and the Chinese Civilization Discovery Project. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit.

The site is large in scale and rigorously laid out. The existing area is about 3 million square meters. The Erlitou culture represented by the Erlitou site is the core and leader of the overall process of Chinese civilization and opened the civilization of the Xia, Shang and Wednesday dynasties.

For more than 60 years, after several generations of archaeologists excavated and explored with great concentration, the dusty memories have been uncovered.

Today, the Erlitou Xiadu Site Museum has stored a large number of unearthed artifacts, mainly pottery, bronze, jade, turquoise and so on.
