According to the analysis of the latest enrollment guidelines published by the National Civil Service Bureau, the number of people recruited for administrative law enforcement positions accounted for 77.6% of the recruitment.
Among the positions planned to be recruited, tens of thousands of positions are limited to fresh graduates.
A reporter from the Beijing News learned from the National Civil Service Bureau that civil servants recruited for the 2022 examination by central agencies and directly affiliated institutions can register online today.

Relaxation of the graduate and Ph.D. age to below 40 years old
In accordance with the Civil Service Law and the "Civil Servants Recruitment Regulations" and other laws and regulations, the National Civil Service Bureau will organize and implement the 2022 examination of the central government and its directly affiliated institutions to recruit first-level chief officers and below and other civil servants of equivalent ranks.
According to the requirements of registration requirements, applicants are generally over 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between October 1985 and October 2003). For fresh graduates and doctoral students (non-employees) in 2022, it is relaxed to 40 years old. The following (born after October 1980).
Active military personnel, non-graduates who are currently studying, serving civil servants, and staff of agencies (units) managed by the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply for the exam.
You can only apply for 1 position at a time when you register online
Candidates can log on to the special examination website from 8:00 on October 15th to 18:00 on October 24th to register and submit an application. They can only apply for one position at a time.
When registering, the application materials submitted should be true, accurate and complete.
Applicants who provide false application materials for the test will be disqualified once verified. Those involved in falsifying or altering relevant certificates, materials, and information to obtain test qualifications will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations.
Candidates can log on to the special examination website to check the qualification review results from October 15th to October 26th.
Those who pass the qualification review can no longer apply for other positions.
From 8:00 on October 15th, 2021 to 18:00 on October 24th, 2021, applicants who have not reviewed the application or failed the qualification review can be changed to other positions.
After 18:00 on October 24, 2021, if the application has not been reviewed or the qualification review has not passed, the application for another position cannot be changed.
Written examination of public subjects will be held on November 28
The public subjects for the written examinations of civil servants employed by the central government and its directly affiliated institutions in 2022 include the administrative vocational ability test and the application theory.
Among them, the administrative professional ability test is an objective test, and the application is a subjective test. The full score is 100 points.
The time for the written examination of public subjects is: November 28, 9:00-11:00, the administrative vocational ability test; November 28, 14:00-17:00.
The foreign language proficiency test for 8 non-common language positions, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and its dispatched agencies, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and its dispatched agencies, and the public security organs’ people’s police positions. Written examinations are set up in various municipalities, provincial capitals, capitals of autonomous regions, and individual larger cities across the country.

A total of 31,242 people were recruited for the National Examination in 2022, an increase of 5,516 over last year, and 16,745 positions were provided, an increase of 3,573 over last year.
For candidates, the biggest change in the 2022 "National Examination" is the new direction of grading and classification. The types of written examination papers for public subjects have been increased from the original two types to three types, which are respectively applicable to the comprehensive management of the central authority and its provincial-level institutions. For the first time, the administrative law enforcement category has been used as a separate public subject written test as a category.
However, in this “National Examination”, compared with the “Integrated Management Category of Municipal (Prefectural) Level and Below Directly Subordinate Institutions” and the “Comprehensive Management Category of Central Organs and Its Provincial-level Directly Subordinate Institutions”, the "Administrative Law Enforcement" positions occupy the most recruited positions. The largest volume, 24243 people and 12430 positions are recruited, accounting for 77.6% and 74.23% respectively.
Appropriate tilt will be given to positions in the western and remote areas
In this recruitment, the central government recruited 1,195 people, accounting for 3.82% of the total number, a decrease of 0.5% compared with last year; provincial (including sub-provincial)-level organizations recruited 1,089 people, accounting for 3.49% of the total number, an increase from last year The city (prefecture) level agency plans to recruit 6,791 people, accounting for 21.74% of the total number, which is basically the same as last year.
The main recruiting force is still from the county (district) level and below grassroots agencies. The plan is to recruit 22,167 people, accounting for 70.95% of the total number, which is slightly lower than last year.
It can be seen that this year's enrollment expansion force mainly comes from posts at the county (district) level and below.

Clearly recruited more than 20,000 fresh graduates
In accordance with the requirements of the "National Examination", the central government and its provincial-level agencies, except for some special positions and highly professional positions, mainly recruit people with more than two years of basic-level work experience.
The municipal (prefecture) level and below directly affiliated institutions mainly recruit fresh graduates from colleges and universities.
In this recruitment, there are 26,869 people with unrestricted work experience and 14,100 positions, accounting for 86% of the total number and 84.2% of the total number of positions, which is basically the same as last year.
At the same time, the number of recruits who clearly recruited fresh graduates was 20,893 and 10,738 positions, accounting for 66.9% of the total number of recruits.
