In the early morning of October 14th, Guangxi Liuzhou South Railway Station was brightly lit and machines roared. Many railway workers braved the showers to replace a group of 35-meter-long turnouts weighing about 100 tons.

Liuzhou South Railway Station is the largest train marshalling station in Guangxi and an important node of the new land-sea corridor in the west.

During the National Day holiday, railway transportation is busy. In order to repair the wear and tear of the line, China Railway Nanning Bureau Group has assembled more than 1,000 operators including Liuzhou Industrial Machinery Section and a number of large-scale maintenance machinery construction teams to replace the turnouts and turnouts in the Liuzhou South Railway Station hub. Construction operations such as sleepers and large-machine tamping have comprehensively improved the safety and quality of railway lines.

The Liuzhou Railway Hub upgrade project is expected to be completed before the end of October, and a total of 41 sets of turnouts need to be replaced.

After the completion of the construction, the heavy load capacity and transportation capacity of the Liuzhou hub line will be greatly improved.
